The Crony is Announced!!!

3d-whiteToday was a special day.  Earlier on Facebook the Crony was officially announced.  There is much more to come of course as we work out the campaign to raise funds for manufacturing (on Kickstarter), work with China on manufacturing, work with the machine shop on accessories and redesigns, and so forth.  That said, today is worth a drink toasting the hard fought progress.

Here’s to the Crony and the promise of making the lives of photographers just a little bit easier.

Introducing the Crony

We are pleased to announce that the prototype of the Crony just completely ROCKS!  I’ve already found it saving an incredible amount of setup time for product shots.  Obviously, as we get closer to launching we’ll be sharing images, workflow and other possibilities for the device.

We are shooting videos for Kickstarter, working on manufacturing options and thinking about tests and opportunities.
